Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert career guidance and support to early-career including recent graduates, apprentices, and interns, to help them succeed at Statom Group Ltd
- Manage, and implement early career development programs, including graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships, and work placements
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align early career strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of growth and development
- Support the recruitment process for early-career talent, including the organisation of career fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach programs. Ensure that we meet our S106 recruitment requirements
- Track the development and progression of early-career employees, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in early career recruitment, development practices, and industry changes
- Serve as a point of contact for early-career employees, ensuring a supportive and engaging experience throughout their employment journey
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent development, or career guidance, particularly with early-career professionals (graduates, apprentices, interns)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse talent
- A passion for developing the next generation of professionals
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge of the latest trends in early career recruitment and best practices
- A relevant qualification or degree is desirable but not essential
