- Program Delivery & Coordination:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a portfolio of early careers programs.
- Coordinate logistics, calendars, events, and communications with partners, schools, charities, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and impact reporting.
- Support the ongoing early careers cycle, including CV screening, coordinating video interview invites, and preparing for assessment days (for both internal stakeholder participation and external candidate experience).
- Stakeholder & Partner Support:
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external partners-supporting relationships with schools, community organisations, and delivery providers.
- Support the onboarding and experience of participants and ambassadors involved in Howden's early careers initiatives.
- Sustainable Program Growth:
- Help create repeatable processes, templates, and toolkits to enable scalable delivery of new and existing programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Early Careers, DE&I, and Corporate Responsibility to ensure aligned and cohesive delivery and impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency and fast turnaround skills-you can quickly translate complex ideas into clear, compelling slides and are confident building polished decks that inform, influence, and inspire.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple programs running concurrently and navigate competing priorities.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating opportunities for young people.
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting youth, community, outreach, or educational programs is a plus.
