About The Role
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering holistic development in children? Polam Nursery School is looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team! In this role, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate learning experiences that promote children's physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and moral growth. You will ensure our learning spaces are healthy, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing, while developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents, carers, other agencies, the local community, and the Authority. Representing Polam Nursery School with pride, you will uphold our high standards at all times.
You will be working Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (39 weeks per year).

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for the Early Years Educator position should possess a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on nursery and preparatory levels. They must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively engage with young children, parents, and colleagues. The candidate should be highly organised, capable of planning and executing educational activities that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. A commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable, able to work collaboratively within a team, and dedicated to continuous professional development. Experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
