Butterflies Nursery team at Oldham College.
As a
keyworker, youll play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. Youll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, actively contributing to the planning and delivery of the Early Years Curriculum, and making a real difference in childrens lives.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (NNEB, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Ability to observe, record and report on childrens development
- Flexible, positive and team-focused attitude
- Commitment to health, safety, hygiene, child protection and staffing ratio standards
- A genuine love for helping children grow and succeed
