At Lewisham Family Hub, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team. What’s the role?
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll design and deliver engaging sessions that support babies' and young children's development. Your role within Family Hubs will nurture strong parent- infant relationships, embrace outdoor learning as a core approach, and help lay the emotional and cognitive foundations children need to thrive through life’s challenges.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a trained or experienced Early Years Practitioner with expertise in working with children and families in a diverse community, and a strong awareness of equality of access for all.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the
First 1001 Critical Days manifesto and the significance of early brain development in fostering emotional resilience.
A clear commitment to the benefits of outdoor learning in all weather conditions throughout the year is essential.
Location
The job is primarily based in Lewisham Family Hubs.

Salary
£30,120- £30,552 per annum (SC3)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
Interviews will take place on 7th and 8th August 25
