An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, committed community midwifery bookings team based at Herts and Essex Hospital and surrounding areas.
We are looking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic midwives who are able to demonstrate that they are a team player, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for midwifery.
We are looking for midwives that will put women and their families first and deliver a safe quality service, ensuring The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is the preferred place of birth as well as the preferred place of employment.
All staff who are employed by PAH will have an additional fringe London Weighting payment added to their salary
An opportunity to work within the community setting as part of a maternity bookings team for out of area women and birthing people, providing high quality, individualised and woman centred care in the antenatal period.
Within the community, you will be required to do on calls to support the homebirth service. This is an excellent opportunity for a midwife to develop skills, knowledge and experience within the community setting. Full induction and support will be provided.
