Department Description
The London Finance function comprises approximately 70 staff. The primary departments are Billing, Business Control, Cash Office, Partners Matters, Salaries, Financial Analysis, Financial Systems and Reporting. The department is responsible for handling all financial matters in respect of the London Office and the co-ordination of financial affairs in the international offices.The eBilling team consists of two eBilling analyst and one eBilling administrator.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Manage the international eBilling process to ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices through various client eBilling platforms (e.g., Serengeti, CounselLink, Tymetrix, BillBlast).
- Supervise an eBilling team of 10; provide training, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and manage billing deadlines to ensure compliance with client SLAs and avoid financial risk.
- Develop and maintain best practices for eBilling processes, ensuring consistency and scalability across offices in EMEA and APAC.
- Continuously evaluate the eBilling process for improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Improve the configuration and rollout of the firm’s eBilling hub for major clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, system compatibility, and adherence to client specifications.
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services.

Person Specification
Qualifications And Training
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a senior eBilling role.
- Experience of leading/managing teams.
