The Role
As an ECC Focused RVN, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of nursing care to emergency and critically ill patients. You will work within a well-equipped, purpose-built ICU and Emergency Room alongside ECC specialists and experienced nursing colleagues.
Your role will include nursing patients hospitalised in ICU, performing urgent triage, and assisting with initial stabilisation in the emergency receiving area. This position offers the opportunity to utilise a wide range of advanced nursing skills, with limited client-facing responsibilities.
The role suits a nurse who is motivated to develop their knowledge in a referral setting. Previous referral experience is preferred, and a strong culture of teaching, learning, and professional development is actively encouraged.
