What You Will Do
NE Digital Shelf e-Merchandiser (PG24)
Location: Reading Office, UK
Reports to: Senior eCommerce Lead – Omni Channel & Digital Shelf, working in partnership with the Digital Shelf Manager.

What Will You Do
You will champion digital shelf excellence across key UK retailers (e.g. Boots.com, Tesco.com, Sainsburys.co.uk, ASDA.com and Amazon.co.uk), ensuring our products are easy to find, easy to buy and consistently represented. You will drive content accuracy, discoverability and availability for brands across Beauty (NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, OGX®) and Self Care/Essential Health (Listerine®, Nicorette®, Calpol®).
You will also scale digital shelf capabilities across Northern Europe and be the local lead for the GenAI content pilot using CoPilot working closely with the EMEA ecommerce team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day digital shelf standards using NIQ tools: titles, bullets, imagery, rich content, ratings & reviews and brand stores.
- Improve search performance and share of digital shelf through SEO-led copy and taxonomy compliance.
- Maintain PDP compliance and availability, partnering with supply and customers to resolve gaps and delists.
- Activate NPI launches online with flawless content readiness and retailer onboarding.
- Track and report core KPIs ( share of search, availability, content health & ratings and reviews) and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with Customer, CS&P, Marketing and Digital to deliver cohesive omnichannel execution.
Content
- Analysis and brand competitors tracking (barely have time for it, do it only when brand ask)
- Monthly report (together w/Analyst) & deep analyse/action plan on Brand/Retailer level
- Text content optimization on SKU level w/Agency support - > coordination of approvals
- Bundles visual creation coordination
- Content checks on retailers + adaptation for different retailer (barely have time for it, do it only when Commercial team ask)
- GenAI copilot lead for NE
- Nordics & Ireland: content support
Rating & reviews
- Syndication tracking and support/working with BV
- Running all the changes on the web site R&R module
- Claims generation projects support + How to use it in thumbnails
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in eCommerce content, digital merchandising or retail.com operations (FMCG or consumer health preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional partners and retailer contacts.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Growth mindset and willing to support driving digital transformation.
