Ecommerce Executive

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to help optimise the website, enhance the customer journey, and support digital growth. This hybrid role (3 days office, 2 days WFH) is ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-driven, and loves working across teams.

What you’ll be doing….

• Merchandising product pages and managing on-site search via Klevu
• Updating product listings, banners, and promotions to align with campaigns
• Planning homepage content in line with seasonal trends
• Managing customer reviews and UGC using Yotpo
• Running weekly performance reports and analysing campaign success
• Supporting wider ecommerce projects and troubleshooting site issues

What we’re looking for….

• Experience with Klevu, Magento 2, or Yotpo is a plus
• Comfortable using ecommerce tools like Business Central and Power BI
• Highly organised, positive and self-motivated
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
• A keen eye for detail and a natural problem-solver
• Passionate about online retail and driving results
