The eCommerce Total Platform team are on the lookout for a eCommerce Trading Manager to join and be at the forefront of our partner brands - REISS' growth. Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, offering a competitive salary alongside great benefits. This position is a 12 month FTC (maternity cover).

Total Platform at NEXT is an exciting new business-to-business online service that offers brands a full solution for eCommerce, including website, warehousing, logistics, customer care, marketing and customer data management. We let brands focus on their product and creative, and we drive their new online business forward including innovations, sales, operations and technology developments.
About the role:
As the eCommerce Trading Manager for REISS Total Platform, you will work closely with the brand - REISS and own their website from a trading perspective. On a day to day, you will review the website metrics, make suggestions to optimise net sales and conversion and you’ll also get to suggest ways to improve the search results, sort order, search imagery, filters, item titles, navigation links and navigation order. You will be a key point of contact for the REISS brand and will manage relationships effectively.
What else is involved?
- Grow sales of the client REISS, using the Total Platform tools and resources at your disposal, including data, marketing, website content, navigation and filtering, search and experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador; promoting the brand within Next and driving their sales forward as much as possible through sales ideas, innovations, developments and marketing campaigns.
- Identify & champion opportunities for growth; through data analysis of key online metrics, customer research and sales data analysis
- Use your exceptional commercial understanding, to help to identify and suggest ways to create a more engaging online experience for our customers
- Use sound knowledge of search, navigation and commercial layouts to make sure our online offering is always the best around
- Support the Senior eCommerce Manager and wider online team with product and project launches.
- Continually review search results and pages with a view to optimise. Identifying opportunities to improve low conversion or high bounce rates.
- Drive forward marketing opportunities and initiatives that will enhance a product's online commercial appeal.
- You will optimise the online funnel, determining right products, content and structure to get customers through the shopping journey as quickly as possible whilst maximising average order value.
- Work to create and maintain the marketing plan and ensure it is executed on time.
- Identify, implement and drive commercial improvements through your insights.
- Drive growth of team members by carrying out regular reviews and performance development plans with direct reports
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work works for you which is why we offer flexible working - 3 days in the office per week (with 1 day spent at the REISS London Office) and 2 from home.

About you:
So if you’ve got proven experience working within an eCommerce Trading Management role, are analytical and comfortable with large volumes of data, have strong communication skills with a driven & forward thinking attitude, and the ability to work with brands - this is the role for you!
