The Ecosystem Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic solution driver who puts our agencies and ecosystem partners at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key partner relationships within a fast growing, agile and tech driven ads ecosystem. The ESM will serve as a product and platform expert in partner development and agency collaboration with data-driven decision making. The role will build systems and programs to drive solution adoption and accelerate growth across top advertisers by leveraging agency and ecosystem partnerships. Success in this position requires business development and analytical skills, experience in working with large data sets to identify business opportunities and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional teams and Meta’s ecosystem partners to drive seamless programs and activations at scale.
Ecosystem Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with key media agencies and ecosystem partners
- Develop an advanced ecosystem of new solution partners based on evolving market needs
- In partnership with an Agency Partner
- identify, create and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Design and manage solution adoption programs at scale by leveraging partner capabilities
- Serve as an external product expert educating agencies and partners on Meta solutions and tech developments, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
- Analyse data and insights to inform and guide strategy for the agency and partner ecosystem
- Develop connections with internal teams (creative, measurement, product marketing, solutions engineering, business marketing) as well as with other markets to co-manage complex work streams
- Influence product innovation based on market needs and partner feedback
- Become a strategic partner for agencies to increase their productivity by optimizing the buying process, supporting Meta API integrations for automation flows and assisting agencies to collaborate with Meta Business Partners
- Manage internal account operations (e.g. revenue delivery, media recommendations, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in working with tools and dashboards, analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights
- Experience in managing complex projects and programs at scale with minimal direction and high attention to detail
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams while demonstrating high level of ownership and accountability
- Consultative sales skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in digital media platforms and ad tech ecosystem (performance marketing, data and technology solution providers, ad tech platforms, partners)
- Understanding of marketing technology solutions, advertising metrics and industry trends
- Demonstrated track record of delivering on product KPIs and revenue targets
- Experience as a Meta platform user and capable of Meta’s ad products and solutions
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and key decision makers
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Open to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background in tech platforms and automation solution providers
- Designed and built end-to-end systems and programs
- Experience with Meta APIs
- Capable of Meta's business partner ecosystem and existing partner solutions
- International work experience
