Applications are invited for the above post based at the Queens Medical Centre.
About the role -In this role, you will provide senior administrative support for the first 3 years non-clinical phase of the UG Medicine course delivered in Nottingham. You will lead and co-ordinate the administration of induction, programme and module delivery and will work closely with the course leads, academics, managers and senior managers responsible for the course. You will coordinate the work of the course administrator.
This post will be offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week).

About you- Candidates are expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting complex documentation, presenting, etc; excellent IT and data literacy; excellent organisational and time management skills; proven ability to interpret and advise on complex guidelines and policy; and initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates are expected to have knowledge and considerable relevant experience, preferably in an HE environment, experience of establishing new and improving existing administrative operating processes. Our ideal candidate would have knowledge of student record systems, timetabling and/or curriculum management.
Candidates should have A-levels of equivalent plus English and Maths at GCSE. Equivalent or substantial relevant work experience would be considered.
