What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn on the job from experienced engineers
- Study at college while getting paid
- Help maintain and repair electrical systems in real buildings
- Support with safety checks and energy management
- Build strong relationships with teammates and customers
- Work as part of a mobile team, with a mentor to guide you
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C/Level 4 or above), including Maths, English & ideally Science/Tech
- A team player with great communication skills
- Curious, quick to learn, and ready to solve problems
- A strong focus on safety and doing things right
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- A nationally recognised qualification
- Real-world experience in a high-demand industry
