We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and provide an efficient and effective electrical service to RBH clients.Youllcarry outtesting, fault finding and rectification to both occupied and empty properties, ensuring compliance with the ongoing Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) program.Working with other trades colleagues,youllcomplete work promptly, working to right first time to minimise interruptions to our customers.Youllsurvey the job,determiningif any materials need to be ordered andassistin the day-to-day repairs and installation service.
Qualifications
Werelooking for an individual with experience of repairing security and electrical systems across a multitude of properties, including domestic,commercialand public buildings.Youllbe accustomed to working alongside other trades and will have experience of working at heights. With knowledge of electrical, security, intruder, CCTV, access control, you will be able toidentifyissues and provide a repair service quickly and efficiently.The following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Electrical: City & Guilds 2330 (or equivalent)
- Electrical: City & Guilds 2382 (BS7671:2018) 18th Edition IEE Regulations or equivalent NVQ up to Level 3
- Electrical: City & Guilds 2391: Testing and Inspection (or equivalent e.g. City & Guilds 2394 & 2395)
You willmaintainthehigh standardsexpected of this team and always deliver excellent customer care while working to tight deadlines.be part of an on-call rota and should have good knowledge of all the relevant standards. You must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
Due to the nature of therole,you must hold a valid UKdrivinglicence.
