About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical System Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and validation of high- and low-voltage electrical systems, including battery packs and powertrain solutions. This is a high-impact role collaborating across UK, US, India, and China teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical system architecture and detailed design, including schematics, harnessing, and validation.
Own system requirements and ensure alignment across battery, power, and machine systems.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
Drive component specification, risk assessments (FMEA), and issue resolution.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, testing techniques, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical system or high-voltage battery pack development.
Strong background in power electronics and electric vehicle systems.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CPPD, APQP, and EMC compliance is a plus.

Bonus Skills

Experience with CAN networks, Vector tools, and 6-sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of heavy-duty machinery applications.
