Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday: 07:45–16:15 | Friday: 07:00–13:15

Are you a qualified Electrician with a sharp eye for safety and detail? We're looking for a skilled and dependable professional to join our team at Torness Power Station, one of the UK’s most vital energy facilities. What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing fixed electrical systems across the site
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspections
• Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and safely
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Working in strict accordance with site safety rules and national regulations
• Supporting project works, upgrades, and modifications as required

What You’ll Bring

• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (Essential)
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Test & Inspection certification (Preferred)
• Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale facilities environments
• Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and electrical compliance standards
• Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
