Job Opportunity: Requisition Engineering Technician – Lisburn, Northern Ireland

Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for engineering and problem-solving? We’re looking for a skilled Requisition Engineering Technician to join our team in Lisburn, NI, supporting customer project execution through product modifications and enhancements.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working on bespoke solutions and contributing to continuous improvement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and test subassemblies and systems to agreed specifications.

Participate in project calls to provide updates and seek clarifications.

Identify and implement improvements in assembly and testing techniques.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.

Report defects and suggest improvements to project engineers.

Provide occasional support for production and customer-related issues.

Maintain a clean and organized workshop and stores area.

Manage material transactions to and from stores.

✅ Essential Requirements:

Experience in electrical assembly and testing.

Technical training to HND level or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in an industrial or engineering environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of material.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

✨ Desirable Skills:

CAD experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
