Job Description
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a seasoned Hardware Electronics Engineer to support our Fareham team in the development of advanced aerospace subsystems including thermal control, power electronics, and sensor systems. Work on cutting-edge technologies used in next-generation aircraft where safety, performance, and compliance are critical.

- Design and verify analogue and digital hardware for safety-critical aerospace systems.Devel
- op robust system architecture and electronic designs adhering to industry regulations including DO-160 and DO-254.Produ
- ce schematics, PCB layouts, and support hardware simulations, prototyping, and integration activities.Perfo
- rm Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and contribute to system-level risk assessments.Execu
- te hardware verification and validation, ensuring designs meet functional, safety, and environmental compliance.Colla
- borate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to engineer compliant, integrated solutions.Quali
