What will you be doing?

We are looking for a seasoned Hardware Electronics Engineer to support our Fareham team in the development of advanced aerospace subsystems including thermal control, power electronics, and sensor systems. Work on cutting-edge technologies used in next-generation aircraft where safety, performance, and compliance are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and verify analogue and digital hardware for safety-critical aerospace systems.​Devel
• op robust system architecture and electronic designs adhering to industry regulations including DO-160 and DO-254.Produ
• ce schematics, PCB layouts, and support hardware simulations, prototyping, and integration activities.Perfo
• rm Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and contribute to system-level risk assessments.Execu
• te hardware verification and validation, ensuring designs meet functional, safety, and environmental compliance.Colla
• borate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to engineer compliant, integrated solutions.Quali

• um of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Master’s preferred) OR Military/Armed Forces background in a technical or systems engineering role is equally valued.5+ ye
• ars’ experience in hardware/electronics engineering, ideally in aerospace or safety-critical environments.Prove
• n ability to develop high-quality, compliant designs in alignment with DO-160 / DO-254 standards.Stron
