Role Summary
The Email Broadcast Team (EBT) are responsible for providing a bulk email communications service. The service EBT provides, supports multiple Products that EQ administer on behalf of clients. We collaborate with various key stakeholders across EQ, including Meeting Management, Employee Services (SAYE & Premier), Dividends, Corporate Actions, Retirement Solutions and USSS. Reporting to the Team Manager you will have responsibility to ensure a quality service is delivered to defined deadlines.
