We are seeking a dedicated embedded resource providing support and liaison between travel, mobility, and immigration teams to manage complex relocation cases for a global client.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Risk Assessments of approximately 500 registered events per year
- Taking ownership for corporate events of varying kinds taking place on site and off site across EMEA.
- Events include internal network, philanthropic efforts and seasonal celebrations, offsites, client conferences, and strategic initiatives
- Conducting risk assessments in advance of employee travel to events
- Liaise with event organisers across many different business lines, to risk assess the event and implement security measures to prevent unauthorised access and ensure it passes off safety and securely
- Administrative and logistical support for all attendees
- Employ a range of skills and techniques including networking with external sources to build a detailed intelligence picture regarding threats to business and operations.
- Produce high quality threat assessments, security alerts, management briefings and country risk assessments and security briefings.
- Seek opportunities to develop technical and personal skills by formal learning interventions and work experience.
- Perform other duties, complete additional tasks, and support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, or a related discipline
- Previous professional experience of political, travel security and/or operational risk analysis and/or consulting
- A strong customer service focus and ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to be a positive and effective team member.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize.
