EMEA ERP Delivery Lead

The EMEA ERP Delivery Lead is a critical role in the company’s corporate information technology function and requires experience and expertise in leading both people and managers, the full application development & delivery processes and extensive operational support experience with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency, security and business enablement.

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Delivery Lead to drive the successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) across our European businesses. This individual will act as the bridge between our global D365 program team, local business stakeholders, and implementation partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to our global enterprise architecture and templates.

This role is critical to the success of our digital transformation journey in Europe and will also play a key part in building local capabilities for future growth, support, and post-merger integrations.

You will act as the regional point of contact for all future rollout locations, overseeing internal delivery capabilities, external implementation partners, coordinating support efforts, and continuously improving the effectiveness of our ERP platform in a live operational context as part of the wider Global D365 Delivery organisation.

The EMEA ERP Delivery Lead reports to the Director of ERP and Integration Applications and is expected to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships with organizationally aligned business partners, project management staff, fellow IT Apps leadership, Infrastructure, architecture leaders alongside growing and developing critical vendor relationships.

Job Requirements

Program and Rollout Delivery

• Be the EMEA Lead for end-to-end delivery of D365 implementations across European legal entities
• Lead planning, resourcing and execution of rollout waves from design through to support
• Manage external implementation partners where required
• Work with the Global D365 leadership to ensure all Global Standards are met across Tax, Regulatory, Developmental standards, Data, change, governance, release and process alignment

Operational Support & BAU

• Act as the escalation point for any in region support issues
• Work closely with the global delivery teams to provide around the clock support and effective issue handoff
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Align priorities, requirements and testing initiatives with the global release and upgrade schedule
• Engage closely with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders in-region and globally to ensure business needs are understood and met

Leadership

• Create, grow and nurture a high-performance ERP Delivery team and culture across EMEA
• Provide organizational and operational support to all strategic enterprise applications projects
• Manage the team and software delivery processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
• Accomplishes department goals by managing team, planning, and evaluating department activities, and developing growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering, or related project management undergraduate course of study; an advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum of five years of guiding applications teams at a manager level or higher
• Minimum of eight years of experience of engineering in SAAS delivery projects
• Minimum of 10 years Microsoft ERP experience
• Recent experience in delivering significant ERP deployments and support models
• Demonstrated success guiding innovation and deploying new technologies
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
• Collaborative leader
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Possess a high emotional intelligence
• Willing to travel on project assignments, as needed (25%)
