What Is The Role
To drive growth and expand our market presence in the EMEA region, we will develop a comprehensive partner marketing strategy. The strategy will focus on building strong collaborations, demonstrating their local market knowledge, and co-creating marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives across EMEA in generating pipeline for the relevant channels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Increase a stemless brand awareness and market penetration in the EMEA region.
- The goal is to drive lead generation and sales through partner channels by building a pipeline with a strategic set of partners — strengthening existing relationships while also attracting new, high-value strategic partners.
- Define 1 partner by subregion in EMEA which will be handled similarly to an ABM account.
- Programs out of the box to simplify processes, to simplify processes, run more programs, develop more visibility and measure success.
- Maintain an engaging partner portal with automated notifications for new updates.
- Partner led: support the partner engagement and enablement.
- Co-create marketing campaigns with partners to demonstrate their local market knowledge and reach.
- Develop joint marketing materials such as customer references, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars to showcase successful collaborations.
- Use digital marketing tactics.
- Participate together in different industry events or own partner events.
- Define 1 partner by subregion in EMEA which will be handled similarly to an ABM account (with local teams).
- Identify the additional relevant focus partners with the local teams which are in alignment with our strategic goals.
- Proceed with an attractive value proposition for partners, highlighting the benefits of collaboration, such as revenue opportunities, training, and support.
- Implement a partner incentive program to empower partners to achieve sales targets and engage in marketing activities.
- Offer performance-based rewards, such as rebates, marketing development funds (MDF), and best-in-class access to new product launches.
- Recognize and celebrate partner achievements through awards and public recognition.
- Establish important metrics to supervise the success of partner marketing initiatives. (need to be discussed Partner / Marketing source)
- Regularly review and analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct partner surveys and feedback sessions to capture insights and improve the partnership experience.
- Allocate budget for partner recruitment activities, including events, marketing collateral, marketing campaigns, and incentive programs.
- Dedicate funds for partner enablement programs and resources.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in Partner Marketing
Strong attention to detail and experience handling structured data and marketing workflows
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you’re comfortable coordinating across multiple key players.
