It's more than a job
This Kuehne+Nagel Human Resources role covers recruiting, compensation, talent management and... toys. Yes, toys. Because your efforts create a functional and positive workplace that allows teams to stay focused on helping toy manufacturers, for example, get their products to stores and children around the world. Working in HR at Kuehne+Nagel brings more joy than we imagine.
Want to listen and learn from people across our business, before putting plans into action to keep them engaged? Want to bring to life our colleague experiences, taking stories from the ground to build blogs and stand out social media? This is the role for you. You’ll be working with key people across our all areas of our organisation to deliver communications which keep our colleagues informed and excited. You’ll provide invaluable support for the development, implementation, and embedding of our Kuehne+Nagel UK-wide engagement plan and strategy, gathering feedback as you go. Not only that, but you’ll support the development and creation of innovative communications, all while reinforcing Kuehne+Nagel’s brand. If you relish a challenge and want to be part of an exciting journey (and business), then we’ll be the right fit for you. Be ready to get to grips with our business – logistics is more interesting than you think. Our job is to support the people working hard across the UK to deliver for our customers, so we need to know what makes them tick. You’ll need to be able to embrace variety and be a quick learner, and before you know it you’ll be figuring out how one company can do everything from providing a red carpet for the King to moving a 15-tonne aeroplane engine.
