Job Title: Employee Experience & Office Coordinator
Location: Scale Space, 58 Wood Lane, W12 7RZ
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000–£38,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a proactive, organised individual with a passion for HR and a drive to cultivate an inclusive, productive office environment?
We are looking for an employee Experience & Office Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting both our people operations and workplace experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HR graduate or someone early in their HR career who is also comfortable with office coordination responsibilities. You’ll have the chance to get hands-on experience across a broad range of HR areas, onboarding, systems, policy, and benefits, while also supporting day-to-day office operations that keep the team running smoothly.
