We're looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our brand-new Employee Experience (EE) team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and strategic direction. This position is for 6 months and is maternity cover.
In this exciting new role, you'll be at the forefront of driving key organisational development projects that align with our strategic objectives. You'll be instrumental in planning and developing initiatives that facilitate successful workforce development and foster early reconciliation and resolution across our workforce.
What you'll do in our role:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and well-being.
- Hold strategic oversight for health and wellbeing offer, which will include our Occupational Health provision, ensuring our employees have access to comprehensive support.
- Drive employee engagement activities, including designing and conducting workforce surveys to gather valuable insights.
- Develop and implement robust support packages, such as coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programmes, to empower our workforce.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure EE initiatives are integrated across the organisation.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who is able to come in and hit the ground running, covering the role for at least 6 months while our colleague is on maternity leave
- Proven experience in organisational development, change management, or human resources, with a strong focus on employee experience.
- A track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health best practices and provision (desirable).
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a passion for creating positive workplace environments.
