HR Advisor (Fixed term 6 months)

Step into the role of Employee Relations Advisor and become a pivotal force in shaping our workplace dynamics. As the expert in HR and employment law, you'll guide managers through the complexities of employee relations, from addressing sickness absence to resolving performance issues. Your keen eye for detail and analytical prowess will be put to the test as you manage a diverse caseload, ranging from disciplinaries to grievances. Beyond case management, you'll dive into data, uncovering trends in sickness and retention that will inform strategic decisions. Working closely with HR Business Partners, you'll transform these insights into actionable solutions, directly impacting our organizational health. This role demands flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Job Requirements

• Previous experience in HR is essential as is the ability to manage your own case load.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines, on own initiative and under pressure.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Discreet and professional, confidentially is paramount.
• Pre-employment checks – ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5 year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.
• Promotes at all times the Vision, Mission, Values of dnata.

Hours of work:

37,5 hours per week- - Monday to Friday
