Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As Part Of Our ER Hub, You’ll Provide Expert Advice And Guidance To Managers And Employees Across The UK And ROI On a Wide Range Of Employee Relations Matters, Including
- Absence management, welfare, and OH referrals
- AWOL, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases
- Appeals and flexible working requests
- Promoting proactive absence management and smooth return-to-work processes
- Supporting mental health and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensuring accurate case documentation in our case management system
- Acting as the first point of escalation from ER Assistants
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Solid ER advisory experience and knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
- CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in a shared service centre (a plus, not a must)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
