Employee Relations Manager/Advisor – PIB Group

UK-wide (Midlands base advantageous) | Immediate start

Open to Contract, FTC or Permanent

PIB Group is seeking an experienced ER Manager or Senior ER Advisor to join the team immediately, supporting the business through complex and high-risk employee relations activity across the Group.

This is a hands-on role requiring experience of TUPE and/or major business restructures. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managing ER matters end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Location is flexible across the UK, with regular travel expected. A Midlands base would be advantageous.

Essential experience:

• ER expertise

• Ideally have TUPE and/or large-scale business restructuring experience

• Strong stakeholder management

• Pragmatic, commercial approach
