Hybrid working

37.5 hours per week, full time

£27, 074 pa

We’re looking for an innovative EVP Digital Creator to bring our colleague and client stories to life. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging digital content that showcases our culture, values and employee experience. From producing our EVP offer documents to crafting inspiring media and social posts, you’ll be at the heart of how we share what makes us unique.

You’ll manage the day-to-day running of our recruitment social channels, tracking results and ensuring our message reaches and resonates with the right people. You’ll be hands-on in creating content that highlights our development pathways, celebrates our PROUD awards and leadership academy milestones, and shines a spotlight on the journeys of colleagues across the business.

Most importantly, you’ll tell authentic stories. Whether it’s documenting client experiences through the eyes of our staff, filming colleague stories, or promoting long service achievements, you’ll play a key role in making our people feel valued while showing the outside world why we’re such a great place to work.

This is the first time we have had this role in our organisation and it presents a unique opportunity to start from scratch and make everything your own!!

Main duties of the job

Role

As EVP Digital Creator, you will play a key role in creating, packaging and executing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), based around our 5 key components of EVP:

  • Employee Compensation
  • Employee Benefits
  • Employee Development and progression
  • Employee Wellbeing
  • Employee Culture and environment.

You will take the lead in supporting the recruitment team to plan and execute return on investment focused campaigns. Utilising your communications and media experience to manage our social media in specific relation to external recruitment activities and internal employee brand, ensuring we build on our strategic objective of being an ‘employer of choice’.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities

Employer Branding: Work alongside the recruitment team to design and run campaigns across a variety of platforms. Build an internal and external awareness of the St. Anne’s brand and our employee offer.

Social Media: Manage and grow St. Anne’s social media presence (with a focus on the employee offer), engage with the audience and foster community engagement and increased followers.

Quality Content: Write compelling and high-quality copy for various platforms (both print and digital material), including the website, multimedia, emails and advertisements.

Networking and Competitor Analysis: Attending network events, recruitment fayres, career days and industry events when required to promote St. Anne’s brand as an employer of choice. Keep an eye on what competitors and best in class brands are doing and offering in order to influence our future initiatives.

Employee Activities: Support the various St. Anne’s networks to promote staff groups, activities, apprenticeships etc in order to build a positive and engaging vibe across the organisation.

Celebrations: Work within the wider People Team to celebrate and promote success stories which appeal to all colleagues internal and externally to potential colleagues and customers.

Business Acumen: Work within a prescribed budget, ensuring value for money on expenditure identifying areas for increased efficiencies.

Data Analysis and Systems: Leverage key business data, systems, and people analytics to provide critical business insight, challenge and recommendations that drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Service Delivery: Work with key stakeholders to create and implement EVP solutions which adds value, improves our collective effectiveness and breeds continuous improvement principles.

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Experience of search engine optimisation, with the ability to identify and analyse relevant search engines terms to target in content, production pages and metadata.
  • Demonstratable recruitment, marketing and/or employer branding experience

Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Experience in using Meta, Google, Adobe, Canva and WordPress

Desirable criteria

  • Relevant qualification in communication, marketing etc.
