About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Employer Engagement Executive to lead our employer engagement efforts. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with companies interested in hiring graduates from our professional boot camps in Accountancy, Digital Marketing, and Cyber Security. This is a client-facing role that involves outreach, pitching our talent pipeline, and on-boarding new employer partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with employers across various industries.
- Make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and conduct presentations to introduce our boot camp graduates and hiring programs.
- Promote the value of hiring job-ready talent trained in accountancy, digital marketing, and cyber security.
- Understand employer needs and align them with suitable candidates from our talent pool.
- Act as the liaison between boot camp graduates and employers, facilitating introductions, interviews, and feedback loops.
- Track outreach and employer engagement efforts using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with the Career Services team to ensure graduates are prepared for employer expectations.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote our hiring programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over calls and presentations.
- Strong understanding of the hiring needs in accountancy, digital marketing, and/or cyber security sectors.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage relationships and close partnerships independently.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and outreach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with boot camps, recruitment agencies, or workforce development programs.
- Established network of employer contacts in the relevant industries.
- Understanding of skills-based hiring and modern recruitment trends.
