Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships.
- Analyse client business priorities.
- Advise owner-managers on key matters.
- Oversee engagements and standards.
- Assist consultancy and business development.
- Manage salary exchange, IR35, benefits, CIS, and remuneration.
- Employment Taxes experience at Manager level.
- Ability to manage complex engagements.
- Strong business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication.
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
