Hydrogen is partnered with a top-tier global law firm who are seeking an Employment Associate to join it's highly respected London team. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value employment matters for financial institutions and large corporate clients across the globe.
The Role Includes:
- Advising on complex employment law issues in the context of cross-border corporate transactions.
- Supporting clients on internal workplace investigations, regulatory matters and Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements and separation terms.
- Advising on whistleblowing, discrimination claims and FCA-related employment issues.
- Working on restructuring and strategic workforce planning.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years' post-qualified experience within employment law.
- Strong transactional and advisory experience from a top City or international law firm.
- Confidence managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Familiarity with regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Collaborative, commercial and solutions-driven approach.
