What does the role involve?

Our Employment Law Consultants are an integral part of our HR Advisory service. They are responsible for delivering high quality legal and HR advice to our clients, providing forward thinking solutions, presenting commercial options and identifying risk.


Our Consultants handle a broad range of employment law and HR related cases, they work in dedicated teams, based in Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast.

Specialised HR knowledge. You will be liaising directly with our clients, providing them with expert advice, solutions and commercial options tailored to their business requirements #WeInform.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Great customer service. We excel in customer service - check Trustpilot!
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise accordingly and multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Agility to support with a wide array of cases, varying in complexity.
  • The ability to withstand or adjust to challenges and change. Employment law is dynamic.
