An emergency services provider is seeking an Employment Lawyer for an initial 3-month contract.
The role will primarily focus on Employment law, handling contentious work and providing advice. You will manage a caseload of employment tribunal cases and assist with the preparation for hearings, including disclosure, witness statements, case management and some advisory work.
To be considered you will be a qualified Solicitor with post qualified experience in employment law and employment tribunals. Candidates should expect an hourly rate of up to £30.64 per hour + holiday pay (PAYE) or up to £39.89 per hour (Umbrella). This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension. This role will require 1-2 days a week in the office (London) and to attend tribunal hearings in person when required.
