This role represents something a little different in the market. My clients are a highly regarded London-based specialist employment team seeking an experienced Employment Partner or senior lawyer to lead and grow the respondent-side practice.

The Opportunity

• Develop and expand a respondent employment practice advising employers, business owners, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals
• Work with an established HNW and UHNW client base, supported by strong referral networks
• Play a key role in shaping strategy, client offering, and future growth of the employment team
• Genuine equity participation for the right individual - a meaningful stake and real influence in the business
• Collegiate, entrepreneurial culture with high standards and minimal bureaucracy

The Ideal Candidate

• Established Employment Partner or senior employment lawyer
• Strong respondent experience across contentious and advisory work
• Desire to build, lead, and grow a respondent practice within a specialist team
• Strong client-handling skills and market credibility
