About the Role

We are working with a leading international law firm renowned for its exceptional employment practice. The team advises a high-quality client base, including global financial institutions and blue-chip corporates, on some of their most complex and high-profile employment law matters. The work spans litigation, cross-border projects, strategic advisory, and transactional support.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contentious, advisory, and transactional matters.
Manage complex cases such as discrimination claims, whistleblowing, and post-termination restrictions, often involving High Court and appellate proceedings.
Support clients on strategic projects, including restructurings, mergers, and compliance with evolving employment legislation.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and contribute to thought leadership within the team.

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained at a top-tier firm.

Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) and excellent drafting and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage complex matters and deliver high-quality advice under pressure.

A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Commercial awareness and understanding of the sectors in which clients operate.
