Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships.
- Analyse client business to identify priorities.
- Advise owner-managers on business and personal matters.
- Oversee engagements and maintain high standards.
- Assist with consultancy and business development.
- Manage salary exchange, IR35, benefits, staff rewards, CIS, and owner remuneration.
- Experience in Employment Taxes at Manager level or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage complex client engagements.
- Strong business development skills and interest in growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
