Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage relationships with complex clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Analyse client business to identify priorities and inform strategy.
- Provide advice to owner-managers on business and personal matters.
- Oversee client engagements, allocating work and maintaining high standards.
- Assist with delivery of consultancy work and business development activities across Employment Tax areas.
- Manage technical aspects such as employment status and IR35, benefits and expenses advisory, staff rewards and salary exchange, CIS, remuneration planning.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in most aspects of Employment Taxes at Manager/Senior Manager level or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and advise owner-managers effectively.
- Strong business development skills and interest in contributing to regional growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Professional qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent are desirable.
