The Job
Being a dynamic and experienced Partner Enablement Leader you will oversee our regional enablement managers and drive the successful implementation of key partner sales enablement initiatives across various regions and markets. This role does not have direct sales ownership but plays a critical part in driving global enablement programmes into the partner network, which comprises of specialist partners, sales partners, system integrators. The role also supports internal partner facing teams to drive enablement supporting sales execution, targeted programs, and serving as the voice of the field to global enablement teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, programme skills and a proven track record in sales, sales enablement, partner knowledge within a global setting.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional enablement managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Global Partner Enablement: Collaborate with global enablement capability teams to align regional enablement strategies with global objectives for the partner ecosystem. Identify and prioritize key enablement needs specific to each region and market. Develop and execute enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Regional Partner Enablement Execution Support: Work closely with regional Partner sales leaders to understand field needs and challenges and ensure that enablement programs are tailored to support the partner sales teams in achieving their targets, as well as enabling the partners directly on our products, solutions and industry.
- Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including training, workshops, comms, and tools ensuring consistency and quality of enablement content and delivery across all regions.
- Voice of the Field: Act as the primary liaison between regional partner sales teams, partners and global enablement. Gather feedback from the field to inform and improve global enablement strategies and programs.
- Coaching: Provides coaching support to sales management and executive management to drive adoption and land enablement, central initiatives, engagement or events.
- Team management: Drive performance of the regional partner enablement managers, providing career growth, coaching and execution support to build enablement muscle.
Skills and Qualifications
Ideal skills
- Significant experience in sales enablement spanning content, learning, coaching, engagement and demand generation. Prior experience in being a field-based sales enablement leader working day-to-day with sales and commercial teams to drive enablement execution
- Good understanding of the nuances of the Partner network, and how to best enable both internal partner colleagues and external partner colleagues, through influence.
- Good understanding of AVEVA products, industries and use cases is highly desired to be able to effectively enable the field. Background in sales is also a plus.
- Previous development of effective change management and communication strategies for large scale initiatives or programs with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills. Related industry qualification is preferred in the change management competence
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates
