What’s the role? ……
We are looking for someone to work within the Council's internal Enablement team to primarily cover weekend shifts but also any shift, with notice, between our operational hours of 7am - 9pm Monday to Sunday. You will be working on a cloud based platform to allocate work to our visiting staff and manage the flow of referrals from Hospital or the community. The role is exciting, busy and satisfying but you will also require calmness and patience.

What We’re Looking For
You will need to have the ability to multi task as well as attention to detail and good time management. You will be working as part of a remote team so good handovers and flexibility is key. We are responsible for ensuring the safe transfer of care from Hospital to the home so an understanding of the importance of accurate communication is vital in this role. Ideally you will have experience of working in a front facing customer service.
Location
Our office is located in Ladywell Centre, but you will be expected to work from home if you are covering the weekend or Bank Holiday shift. Alternatively we also have the option for you to work from our 24 hour Telecare service in Ladywell.

Salary
£37,509 - £38,637 per annum (Scale 6) pro rota to 14 hours. Enhancements paid for weekend and out of hours.
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
