This is a full-time on-site role for an Enabling Lead, located in Peterborough. The Enabling Lead will be responsible for overseeing project coordination, managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with various stakeholders. Daily tasks will include planning and executing project schedules, supervising on-site activities, managing resources, and maintaining communication between all project participants.
- Project coordination and site operations management skills
- Experience in safety compliance and regulatory adherence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and execute project schedules effectively
- Resource management and team supervision skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in infrastructure development is a plus
