What You’ll Be Doing

• Transforming vacant properties through thorough cleaning, from carpets to basements and lofts.
• Clearing properties of rubbish, old furniture, and non-approved fittings.
• Revitalizing gardens by removing debris, litter, and scrap.
• Dismantling and clearing garages and sheds when required.
• Managing waste responsibly, ensuring disposal at approved locations.
• Ensuring all tasks meet health and safety standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in cleaning or property clearance is essential.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work and heavy lifting.
• A valid, clean driving licence is a must (Company van provided).
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in their work.
