A leading large-cap infrastructure fund, based in London, is seeking a talented Energy Transition Associate to join their dynamic team.

This role offers a unique chance to work at the forefront of the energy transition, contributing to high-impact investments in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and emerging clean technologies. As part of a high-performing team, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and executing investments that shape the future of energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities in the energy transition space.
Support end-to-end investment processes, including due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Monitor portfolio performance and collaborate with asset management teams to drive value creation.
Build and maintain financial models and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong academic background in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.

1.5–4.5 years of experience in investment banking, or private equity.

Solid analytical skills, with excellent skills in financial modelling and valuation.

Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and the energy transition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
