£55,872 - £58,224 per annum (Inclusive of 17% market supplement)

Fixed-term (12 months – Maternity Cover)

Full-time – 37 hours per week

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and strategic communicator to join us as Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Lead. This is a senior, influential role where you’ll lead the delivery of our communications strategy and manage our reputation across the pensions industry.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in communications, strategic planning, events, and people management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee a small, creative team to deliver high-quality communications across multiple channels – from mass mailings and newsletters to press releases, social media, and events.
• Shaping how we engage with stakeholders, members, and the public.
• Contributing to strategic planning and supporting our ongoing culture transformation.
• Embedding our values and helping teams work more collaboratively.

A background in pensions is not required – we’re looking for strong communication and leadership skills above all.
