Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business community engagement strategy for Corporate Data Services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and local business networks.
• Organise and lead engagement forums, workshops, and events to promote data initiatives and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with programme leads to ensure community insights are integrated into delivery plans.
• Act as a liaison between Corporate Data Services and the wider Barclays organisation to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Prepare communications, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and community partners.
• Monitor engagement effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or community management within a corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of data-driven transformation programmes and their impact on business operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience working in a hybrid or multi-location environment, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Knowledge of Glasgow’s business ecosystem and community networks is a plus.
