Our client, a global consultancy with deep technical roots and a growing strategic advisory practice, is seeking a high-calibre Engagement Manager to join their London office. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and advisory, supporting clients across the energy and industrial sectors.

About the Role

You’ll lead commercial and technical due diligence engagements, support complex transactions, and advise on strategy, investment, and operational improvements. Clients include global oil majors, national energy companies, and emerging players in the energy transition space.

Key Focus Areas

• Commercial and technical due diligence (pre-deal and post-deal)
• Energy transition strategy: hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture
• Operational improvement and M&A integration
• Cross-functional leadership and client relationship management

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, deal advisory, or corporate development
• Strong experience in energy or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record in leading due diligence and strategic engagements
• Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in business, engineering, or related; MBA preferred
