As an Enterprise Technology Support Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional technology support to colleagues across the globe. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, driving service improvements, and supporting strategic projects that shape how our people work.
What You’ll Do
Support & Troubleshooting
- Be the first point of contact for all IT support issues, managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Provide remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver technical fixes and escalate complex problems to specialist teams.
Project & Process Excellence
- Contribute technical expertise to global projects and transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement service improvements, automation opportunities, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Support the rollout of new systems, including operating systems, M365, and software updates.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with GDT teams (Modern Workplace, Platform Engineering, Cyber, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep users informed on ticket progress and manage expectations against SLAs.
- Build strong relationships across the business and coach team members to grow their skills.
Innovation & Impact
- Help shape the future of Boldyn’s IT service organisation.
- Support the integration of new systems and processes, including ServiceNow and New Core rollouts.
- Drive improvements in internal satisfaction scores and content adoption.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in enterprise IT support, ideally within a global organisation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic network triage.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and user experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
