The role
As a Staff Engineer at Bally’s you will leverage your technical expertise, extensive experience, and deep domain knowledge to provide technical leadership across the Excite platform. You will play a key role in shaping the technological direction of our platform, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and long-term strategy.
So, what will you be doing?
- Defining, leading, and overseeing high-priority and complex initiatives, which can be either technical projects or collaborations with product managers to drive product initiatives.
- Collaborating with the team of Staff Engineers to facilitate technology management activities across the Excite platform, including technology strategy, prioritisation, sizing processes, and solution design through RFC and ADR processes
- Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Expect to be hands-on during the initiatives that you’ll be working on, throughout the whole SDLC – developing, testing, deploying.
