What does the Apprenticeship look like?
Year 1:you will be based atthe training provider ona full-time basis, where you will learn the basicsofengineering.
Years 2 4: you undertake a mixture of learning at your training provider, at our Centre of Excellence (residential Monday to Friday) and sites; meet and train with key equipment and robotics suppliers and undertake practical learning. This enables you to build keyrelationshipsand learn from your experienced colleagues.?
Additional Qualifications & Future Development
In addition to your apprenticeship, you will also gaina number ofvocational and academic qualifications which are fully funded. Wienerberger pride ourselves on supporting professional development, so if you are interested in continuing your professional development further, we will work with you to achieve this.
